Who loves a sweet treat??? I think we can all put our hand up for this!

So here is a little sweet treat for you that is not only quick and easy but a great option for a healthier sweet treat.

You will need:

  • 1 block of good quality dark chocolate (we personally like lindt 70% but you can use any you like)
  • Mix of nuts and dried fruit  – almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, goji berries, banana chips, coconut flakes, dried apricot, sultanas – just to name a few.

Method:

  • Melt chocolate (either over saucepan or in microwave)
  • Place small circles (bite size work well) on to some baking paper.
  • Top with your choice of toppings
  • Pop in the fridge to set for an hour then enjoy.
  • Keep in the fridge in an airtight container
